Is this a networking or “pyramiding” scheme?
No. Son & Sol is a food-cart franchise, not networking or recruitment. You earn by selling food from your own cart or store — there are no downlines to recruit and no income tied to signing other people up. The setup is for your own franchise, not a membership.
What should I confirm for my chosen setup?
Ask for the current inclusions, availability, site requirements, training, supply process, and contract terms for the brand and format you selected.
Are there royalty fees or quotas?
There is no royalty fee or quota. Confirm the applicable terms for your chosen setup before signing.
Which site responsibilities should I plan for?
Site-specific responsibilities can include stall rent, utilities, and local permits at your location. Ask the team which requirements apply to your chosen format and what the company will provide.
Do I operate under my own name, and is the DTI permit included?
Yes. You run the business under your own registered trade name, and the current package includes processing of your DTI business-name permit under your name. You own and operate your store; Son & Sol provides the brand, the system, and the products.
Where do I get my supplies and ingredients?
From Son & Sol directly. Under the franchise agreement, your ingredients and core supplies come from the company’s commissary — this keeps every branch consistent and keeps you stocked without sourcing on your own. Reordering is part of the day-to-day; delivery timelines are confirmed at inquiry.
Will another Son & Sol cart open right beside mine?
Franchisees carrying the same product are kept at least 1 km apart, so you are not placed beside another Son & Sol cart of the same brand. Confirm the exact territorial terms for your area during inquiry.
Is training included?
Yes. Product training is included, with the exact format depending on the selected brand and package.
What happens when the contract ends?
Contract renewal is free. Because renewal terms can differ by brand and format, confirm the exact terms that apply to your selected setup before you sign.
How long does supply delivery take, especially in the provinces?
Delivery typically runs about 4–7 days within Metro Manila and about 7–15 days for provincial areas, depending on your location. Your specific delivery schedule is confirmed with you at inquiry.
